I help women who want greater physical wellness or a much more peaceful relationship with food, but trying to do get there has been hard, confusing, triggering, or overwhelming.

You're probably a chronic searcher: you've looked for answers in self-help, faith traditions, spiritual practices, diets & personal development. But you've struggled to bring it off the page, out of your head, into your life, and reap the results. I'll help you work through struggles about body image and food, simplify the confusion and overwhelm about self-care, and listen to your innate, highest wisdom so you and your life feel much better.
